As a strong earthquake hit Wenchuan, Sichuan on May 12, the latest news from Sichuan and the daily life, health and education of the people from the disaster-stricken areas has been the national focuses, and has drawn concerns of the Wisoners.
The nation has been united as one in this difficult time. A letter on proposing donations to the earthquake-stricken area was sent to all Wisoners on May 14, and Wison Group, together with all its personnel, has donated a sum of 1,620,000 RMB to the disaster area. Wison has also decided to donate 200 military tents in order to help the government solve the re-housing problems of the victims.
At 3 p.m. of June 3, the truck loaded with 200 tents started from Jinhu County, Jiangsu Province, and are expected to arrive the disaster area three days later (June 6). The tents will be handed over to the local Civil Affairs Bureau, and will be later distributed to the victims.
The truck, loaded with 200 tents and the Wisoners' concerns, is heading for the disaster-stricken area.
