At 07:49:40 Beijing Time, April 14, 2010, a 7.1-magnitude earthquake hit Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province. By April 20, more than 2,000 people died in the quake.
In less than two years, catastrophic earthquake again stroke the country. After the quake, Wison decided to donate RMB 1 million yuan to the earthquake-hit region. Days ago, Wison let relevant charity agencies make contact with Yushu, Qinghai for the donation to be used in disaster relief. Feeling sympathetic to the people in disaster area, Wison employees also voluntarily launched donation campaigns. The money donated by Wison employees in Jinchengtai Project in Erdos, Inner Mongolia has already reached Yushu.
In face of the life-and-death event, every Wisoner, in their tender hearts, feels the pain and the misery of the Yushu people. The affection and the regards from the Wisoners will always stay with the compatriots in the disaster area.
