Two sets of 120T-35M gantry cranes for Lvshun Port Group, Dalian City, which constructed by Wison (Nantong) Heavy Industry Ltd. were accepted by Beijing Special Equipment Inspection Institution (SEII) and Dalian SEII for type testing after almost one year's fabrication and commission, on 6th April, 2010.
This project was commenced on 10th August 2009, only after 135 days, the shop fabrication and installation were completed, and was delivered on 28th December 2009. The barge came with 2 sets of gantry cranes was arrived at No.3 jetty, Lvshun Port, in this January. To ensure that the crane could be delivered on schedule, our project team members went to their own position and construction team, completed the assembly of the Main Structure for 2 gantry cranes only within 4 days under the extreme climate (-18℃). In March, Wison finished the technical training for Client’s operators and service persons, and delivered spare parts, relevant design drawings and specifications.
During the period of fabrication, Client did not assign any person to conduct the quality supervision only with a high trust in Wison. However, Wison stick to the values that the quality is life, and strictly perform the ISO9001 Quality Management System for satisfying and exceeding the infinitely increasing of Clients' expectation.
