Successful kick-off of the Aromatic hydrocarbon Project Contracted by Wison in Sichuan Petrochemical

At 9:58 on Nov. 18,2009, the kick-off ceremony for the 650,000 tons per year combined Para-xylene aromatic hydrocarbon plant of the Sichuan Petrochemical Company was grandly convened at the site. Up till now, six plants and utilities constructed by Wison Engineering, Ltd.in refining and chemical integrated project of CNPC Sichuan Petrochemical Company were all started.
 
 

650,000 tons per year combined Para-xylene aromatic hydrocarbon plant is one of the largest plants in refining and chemical integrated project of CNPC Sichuan Petrochemical Company. It includes 650,000 tons per year combined Para-xylene plant and 2,000,000 tons per year continuous reforming plant (PSA included), featured by huge capacity, large quantities of equipment and difficult organization. Wison Engineering (China), Ltd. undertakes the lumpsum procurement and construction work for this project.
 
 

Gong zhixiong, the project manager of this plant said on behalf of Wison: As the PC contractor of this project, Wison will fulfill the vision of "Achieve win-win situation by cooperation and create classic project" advocated by the owner, CNPC Sichuan Petrochemical Company. During the project operation, Wison will display its own advantage of purchasing ability and liaison function. To design organization, Wison will actively urge the feed back of technical documents to satisfy design conditions. Regarding the construction company, Wison will make the plan guided by construction demands and coordinate all the works related to the project. Meanwhile, they will strengthen quality management measures to ensure intrinsically safety, carry through the principal of People Oriented, strictly follow the HSE management regulations, ensure safety, avoid accidents and complaints about environment protection and healthy. The goal is to build the project into a model project with "optimized design, advanced technology, fine equipment, environment friendly, competent organization and formalized management".
