Xin Lian Xin 28•48 Fertilizer Project Designed By Wison Engineering Started up Successfully

(August 18, 2015 SHANGHAI) Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 2236; together with its subsidiaries known as the “Group”), one of the leading energy & chemical engineering, procurement and construction management (“EPC”) service providers in China, announces that the 280 KTA Ammonia and 480 KTA Urea Project (28•48 fertilizer project) of Xinjiang Xin Lian Xin Energy Chemical CO.,LTD (Xinjiang Xin Lian Xin) which is designed by Wison Engineering Ltd. ("Wison Engineering"), its indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary have yielded qualified products and achieved start-up for the full process successfully.

Xinjiang Xinlianxin 280 KTA Ammonia and 480 KTA Urea Project, using coal as raw materials, synthesize chemical products such as urea. The project adopted advanced technologies including multi-burner gasifiers of coal water slurry technology of East China University of Science and Technology/Shandong Yancon Guotuo Science & Engineering Co., Ltd. for gasification, the rectisol process developed by Dalian Jiachun Gas Purification Technology Development Co., Ltd. for gas purification, liquid nitrogen washing technology of Hangzhou Zhongtai Cryogenic Technology Corporation as well as ammonia synthesis technology of Ammonia Casale.

Wison Engineering provided master design, basic design and detail design for the Gasification unit, CO shift unit, Purification and Sulfur recovery unit, Ammonia synthesis unit and Auxiliary & Utilities. It also provided technical support services through procurement, construction and start-up stage of the project.
