Wison Engineering and CGGC International Team Up To Explore Overseas Energy Market

 (30th September 2018, Shanghai) Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (“Wison Engineering” or “the Company”) (Stock code: 2236.HK) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wison Engineering Ltd. successfully reached a strategic collaboration framework agreement with China Gezhouba Group International Engineering Co. Ltd. (“CGGC International”) at the Wison headquarters in Shanghai. The two parties will fully play their respective advantages and jointly explore the international market. Mr. XIN Zongqi, Deputy General Manager of CGGC International, and Mr. DONG Hua, Executive Director and Senior Vice President of Wison Engineering, signed the contract at the ceremony as the representatives of both parties.

The agreement is aiming to combine CGGC International's extensive expertise in overseas project investment and development, with Wison Engineering's EPC capabilities in oil, gas and chemical sectors, to provide an integrated solution to global energy market.
