The Line 3000 is one of the four production lines of SSBR/SBS Plant of CNPC Du Shanzi Petrochemical undertaken and built by Wison Engineering Ltd. as PC contractor. At 16:30, Sep. 14, 2009 the whole process of Line 3000 was gone through and on-spec SSBR rubber blocks was produced successfully, which indicates that Line 3000 was commissioned and started up successfully.
The SSBR/SBS project is part of the 1,000kta ethylene revamp & expansion project invested by Du Shanzi Petrochemical Corp., CNPC. The project started on Oct. 8, 2006 and a high standard handover was achieved on June 15, 2009. With the Line 3000 successfully commissioned and started up, Wison's engineering service for Du Shanzi Petrochemical has arrived at a new milestone. At present, all parties involved in this project are cooperating and preparing for the startup of the other three production lines on the basis of the incoming material of upstream feedstock.
