Two Wison Engineering Construction Methods Adopted on Provincial and National Levels

At the end of March this year, Wison Engineering's "Method for Chemical Cleaning of Water Vapor System in Ethylene Cracking Furnace" and "Construction Method of False Bottom Lining Connected Structures in Water-Coal Slurry Gasification Furnaces" were selected by Shanghai's Municipal Urban Construction and Communication Committee Members as industrial standards in the city of Shanghai (for provincial level). This is a milestone for Wisonand marks a breakthrough in the company's capability in construction. It is also of significant in promoting and encouraging the company's accumulation and innovation of technical skills.
 

"Method for Chemical Cleaning of Water Vapor System in Ethylene Cracking Furnace" can be applied to the chemical cleaning of equipment and pipe systems new constructed plants in petrochemicals, oil refining and coal chemicals. Its technology is highly advanced, is highly automated, has high efficiency and dependable safety features, has excellent quality, is economic and environmentally friendly, etc. The equipment used in this method has been granted a patent by the State Intellectual Property Office.
 

The other method applies to the construction of gasification furnace linings in coal chemical plants producing water gas, natural gas, methanol, olefins, synthesis gas, and fertilizer.The method builds on advanced technology, allows for rapid construction, is reliable over a long operational period, and simple to maintain. This method has already been applied to numerous coal chemical gasification furnaces with obviousbenefits for society and the economy.
